The man on the horse may be a cracker jack toy.  The ship looks to be a game piece.  If you remember the name of the cartoon character pin please send me an email.  The other object is a whistle and it still works just fine.  You blow into the small end while placing your finger over the large end.  I found it at an old picnic grounds that my grand-mother had told me about.

Received an email from a viewer about the cartoon character...I believe it is a very early (1930's) and short-lived Warner Brothers character named "Buddy."  (At first, I thought it was "Bob's Big Boy" from the restaurants, but the more I look at it, I think it's Buddy.
